La Torta Madre was founded in 2019 by Martin and Barby Anguiano. After working over 20 years in the restaurant business, we decided to take the leap of faith and start planning and saving for  our dream of owning our own business.  Our concept is simple, to combine both Mexican and American style Sandwiches into a new , delicious and modern twist. Our Tortas and Sandwiches are made with the best quality ingredients to ensure we not only exceed your expectations, but create loyal and raving fans. Our passion to create delicious , gourmet and visually stunning food , is the driving force behind La Torta Madre.
